Abstract

The invention relates to a construction method of an ecological revetment formed by splicing and fixing ecological prefabricated bricks on a protection slope. The construction method comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing cinder, cement, yellow sand and crushed wheatstraw in a valume ratio of 0.4 to 0.1 to 0.3 to 0.2 and then stirring into ecological concrete; (2) making ecological prefabricated bricks with the ecological concrete and arranging trough holes on the prefabricated brick surfaces; (3) laying snail shells with the cut-through tails at one side of the prefabricated bricks before the concrete is dried to form the outer surface of the embankment, wherein the through holes formed on the embankment blocks are not blocked by snail shells; (4) fully drying, filling the through holes and the hollow cavities of the surface snail shells with silt containing herbaceous plant seeds and drying the silt to form the ecological prefabricated bricks; and (5) splicing and fixing a plurality of prefabricated bricks on the protection slope to form the ecological embankment. The invention is suitable for building ecological embankments for rivers and lakes reservoirs and can be also used for paving ecological walls and ecological roads.
