The method comprises the following steps: receiving the massage; determining that the number of received massage is larger than or equal to the preset massage interrupt threshold; and sending an interrupt signal to a central processing unit (CPU). In the invention, the resource of CPU consumed on package receiving is reduced and the base station performance can be ensured. At the same time, by using the device and the method of the invention, the massage can be forbidden to enter instantly and the attack approaches can be cut under the extreme case such as broadcasting storm hostile attack and the like, thereby further ensuring the base station performance.
