Problems solved by technology

Therefore, in order to further prevent some unexpected power transmission accidents from being conducted between the transmission line and the cross-arm made of metal materials, especially the iron tower, when the transmission line and the cross-arm are conducted, the electric energy will be directly directed to the earth, causing power failure. waste

Embodiment Construction

[0018] In order to further illustrate the present invention, the following preferred embodiments are described in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings as follows:

[0019] see figure 1 , which is a schematic structural diagram of a composite insulation tower 100 for power grid transmission lines according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The composite insulating tower 100 for power grid transmission line includes a main pole 10 , at least one cross arm 11 arranged on the main pole 10 , and at least one metal connector 12 for connecting the pole tower 10 and the cross arm 11 .

[0020] It should be further explained that the above-mentioned composite insulating tower 100 for power grid transmission lines is a kind of upward-shaped tower. It is conceivable that the composite insulation tower 100 for the power grid transmission line can also be a bird-bone transposition tower, a bridge transposition tower, a cat-head tower, a sprinkling-cup tower...

Abstract

The invention relates to a composite insulating tower for a power grid transmission line, which comprises a main pole and at least one cross arm arranged on the main pole. The cross arm comprises an insulating rod and an umbrella body arranged on the outer side of the insulating rod. The umbrella body is made of silicon disulfide rubber. One end of the insulating rod is connected with the main pole. The other end of the insulating rod is connected with a hanging fitting. The hanging fitting extends along the axial direction of the cross arm and is used for arranging the transmission line or an insulator. The main pole and the insulating rod are formed by impregnating glass fiber yarns in a resin material. The composite insulating tower for the power grid transmission line comprises the main pole and the cross arm which are made of composite materials and serve as supporting parts of the transmission line, and a sheath and a shed are arranged on the outer side of the cross arm, so that the total height of the composite insulating tower for the power grid transmission line can be reduced without an insulator string or the insulator string shorter than the conventional insulator string to reduce the cost and the weight of the tower.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a power pole tower used in a power transmission line, in particular to a composite insulation tower for a power grid transmission line. Background technique [0002] The tower structure is an important special supporting structure in infrastructure such as power transmission, communication, railway, municipal and so on. The structure and material of the tower will directly affect the safety, economy and reliability of the line. The poles and towers widely used in overhead transmission lines at home and abroad mainly include wooden poles, concrete poles or prestressed concrete poles, steel pipe concrete poles, steel pipe poles and iron towers. Among them, the iron tower is a pole tower form commonly used in ultra-high voltage transmission lines in various countries in the world. Generally, concrete poles are used in 35KV ~ 110KV lines. At present, concrete poles are also used in plains and hilly areas with better transportation...
