The invention relates to an intelligent controller of a solar street lamp, which comprises a sensor module, a data processing control module connected with the sensor module, an accumulating module and an light emitting diode (LED) lamp interface module connected with the data processing control module, wherein the data processing control module is set into two operating modes of day and night, and enters the operating mode of the day or the night to control the charging and the discharging of the accumulating module according to the data collected by the sensor module; the accumulating module comprises a solar battery panel and a storage battery connected with the solar battery panel; an LED lamp interface module is connected with the data processing control module and comprises a low-power LED lamp interface and a high-power LED lamp interface; and the data processing control module controls the storage battery to discharge the LED lamp interface module by utilizing the data collected by the sensor module. The intelligent controller of the solar street lamp has the advantages that the defects of the traditional lamp controller are overcome; a high-power lamp is lighted when the intelligent controller judges that a person approaches; the charging efficiency is enhanced; energy sources are saved; the controlled part is safe and reliable; and the humanized control is realized.
