Abstract

The lanthanides optical glass comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5 to 10% of SiO2, 15 to 20% of B2O3, 25 to 36% of La2O3, 28 to 40% of Gd2O3, 4 to 10% of ZrO2, 5 to 10% of Ta2O5, 1 to 5% of ZnO, 1 to 5% of BaF2, and 1 to 5% of Al2O3.
