Problems solved by technology

At present, most of the fertilizers used in my country's agriculture are inorganic fertilizers. With the large-scale application of chemical fertilizers, the soil-plant-water system on which crops depend has undergone tremendous changes, and a series of agricultural ecological environment problems have been concentrated. In terms of soil, there are soil compaction, decreased permeability, and salinization; in terms of plants, it is difficult to improve the quality of crops; in terms of environment, there are nitrate leaching, water eutrophication, ozone layer destruction, acid rain, and heavy metal poisoning. ...
[0007] The amount of chemical fertilizers used in China has always been high, but only about 30% of them can be absorbed by crops, which means that nearly 70% of the chemical fertilizers are washed into rivers and lakes by rainwater and streams. The blue-green algae outbreaks in Dianchi Lake and Taihu Lake have caused us a heavy burden I realized the serious crisis caused by unreasonable fertilization. Improper fertilization will not only deteriorate the quality and yield of agricultural products, but also cause pollution of soil, water, air and agricultural products.

Abstract

The invention discloses an insect repelling organic / inorganic compound fertilizer prepared from tobacco-waste and a preparation method thereof. The organic / inorganic compound fertilizer is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 30 to 35 percent of organic components and 65 to 70 percent of inorganic components, wherein 1) the organic components comprise: 80 to 90 percent of tobacco wastes, 8 to 20 percent of grass peat, 1 to 2 percent of ammonium sulfate, and 1 to 2 percent of calcium-magnesium phosphate; and 2) the inorganic components comprise: 5 to 40 percent of ammonium phosphate, 10 to 25 percent of phosphorous explosion-proof ammonium nitrate, 10 to 20 percent of potassium nitrate, 4 to 20 percent of urea, 1 to 5 percent of trace elements, 5 to 15 percent ofpotassium chloride, 0 to 20 percent of normal superphosphate, and 0 to 20 percent of potassium sulfate. The abundant botanical amino acid active ingredients in the fertilizer of the invention can enhance the nourishing effect of the fertilizer. After the proteins contained in the tobacco wastes are processed, most of the proteins are conversed into amino acids, which makes up for the defect of slow fertilizer efficiency of the organic fertilizer; in addition, the amino acid materials have a positive effect on the increase in the nutrition resistance of the crops and improvement in the qualityof the crops.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fertilizers, in particular to an insect-repelling functional organic-inorganic compound fertilizer produced from tobacco waste and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Tobacco waste refers to field tobacco stems produced in the tobacco production process that cannot be utilized and digested by the tobacco industry; tobacco dust, tobacco stems, soot, and confiscated tobacco leaves produced in tobacco processing; and those that cannot form commercial tobacco leaves are not listed Grade tobacco leaves and a series of products. Among the tobacco leaves purchased every year, nearly 30% of the tobacco dust, tobacco stems and some leftovers cannot be used for cigarette production in the redrying process alone. According to preliminary statistics, the annual tobacco waste in Yunnan Province is about 600,000 tons or more. . [0003] At present, the treatment of tobacco waste is a major pro...
