Abstract

The preparation comprises the following steps of: (1) dissolving a PHBV in chloroform / acetone solution to prepare mixed solution; (2) performing electrostatic spinning on the mixed solution to prepare a fibrous membrane; (3) taking the fibrous membrane from a winding bobbin, and winding into an inner pipe; (4) weaving polymer degradable fibers into the reticulate conduit, and sleeving on the inner pipe; and (5) fixing a core rod sleeved with the inner pipe and the reticulate conduit on a high-speed winding and collecting device, and performing the electrostatic spinning on the mixed solution.
