Problems solved by technology

The electric fan is easy to be dusty because the electric fan blades rub against the air when they rotate, and the static electricity is easy to attract the fine dust floating in the room to stick to the blades, which affects the appearance. Therefore, the electric fan blades should be kept clean. Dust needs to be removed regularly
When removing dust from electric fan blades, the outer protective cover needs to be disassembled to clean the inner blades. It is very inconvenient to disassemble and remove the dust on the blades of the electric fan frequently, especially for families with only the elderly and children

Embodiment Construction

[0014] Describe in further detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and embodiment of the present invention:

[0015] figure 1 A structure diagram of a device capable of removing static electricity from fans is shown in the present invention. A casing 200 is fixed on the protective cover (not shown in the figure) of the electric fan 100, and a discharger 204 and a trigger are arranged on the casing 200. The rotating wheel 203, the housing 200 is provided with a transmission shaft 201 connected to the central rotating shaft 102 of the touching rotating wheel 203 and the electric fan 100, and the discharger 204 is an electronic igniter of a lighter, on which there is a touch switch 214 and a discharge terminal 224, the discharge terminal 224 is similar to a wire, and the end of the wire is aligned with the blade 101 of the electric fan 100 . The inboard end surface of the touch wheel 203 contacting the touch switch 214 has a rotating and rising slope with the highe...

Abstract

The invention relates to a fan, in particular to a device capable of removing static electricity from the fan. A shell is fixed on a central rotating shaft of the fan; a discharger is fixed on the shell; the shell is provided with a touch rotating wheel which rotates along with the central rotating shaft of the fan to periodically make the discharger discharge; the discharge end of the discharger is aligned with blades of the electric fan; a two-stage reducer is also arranged in the shell and connected between the touch rotating wheel and the central rotating shaft of the electric fan; and the touch rotating wheel is provided with a sloping surface which is pressed against a touch switch of the discharger to make the discharge end contacted with the blades of the electric fan so as to neutralize positive charge on the blades. The device capable of removing the static electricity with the structure has the advantages of not changing the integral structure of the electric fan, not influencing the work of the fan, radically preventing electrostatic precipitation, along with convenience and practicality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of household electrical appliances, in particular to a device capable of removing static electricity from a fan. Background technique [0002] Electric fans are essential electrical appliances in every family, and electric fans are frequently used every day in summer. After a long time of use, the surface of the electric fan blades is always covered with dust, even in a very clean bedroom, this phenomenon is unavoidable. The electric fan is easy to be dusty because the electric fan blades rub against the air when they rotate, and the static electricity is easy to attract the fine dust floating in the room to stick to the blades, which affects the appearance. Therefore, the electric fan blades should be kept clean. Dust needs to be removed regularly. When removing dust from electric fan blades, the outer protective cover needs to be disassembled to clean the inner blades. It is very inconvenient to disassemble and r...
