Problems solved by technology

The main defect of this method is that: at present, there are many kinds of fieldbuses coexisting in the market, which makes the interface protocols based on fieldbuses different and difficult to unify.
Therefore, the problem of connecting sensors to the information network with a common protocol can only be partially solved

Embodiment

[0038] Embodiment: The sensor wireless network interface module has a built-in wireless ad hoc network routing protocol. In addition to being connected to the sensor to realize data collection and transmission functions, each module can also provide relay services for other modules, or it may not be connected to the sensor. It is used alone as a relay node to form an ad hoc sensor network. The sensor wireless network interface module has two application modes: industrial intermediate products and independent network interface module. Industrial intermediate products are in the form of boards and cards, which can be provided to sensor manufacturers. After only redesigning the appearance, the existing traditional smart sensors can be upgraded to network sensors. The independent network interface module is applied to the industrial control site, directly connected to the deployed sensors, connecting the sensors to the Internet / Intranet network, and unifying the measurement and co...

Abstract

The invention discloses a sensor wireless networked interface module for solving the technical problem that wiring on site is required when the traditional sensor is accessed to the Internet / Intranet. The technical scheme comprises a wireless communication unit, a sensor interface unit, a video code transmitting unit and an embedded microprocessor PXA270 chip. The invention comprises the following steps of starting the modules after being powered to automatically operating an Ad Hoc network routing protocol to access the Internet / Intranet; reading the output data of the sensor through an RS232 interface; packaging the output data of the sensor into a UDP (User Datagram Protocol); and transmitting the data of the sensor to a target node in the mode of Ad Hoc network through the wireless communication unit. The invention accesses an intelligent sensor to the Internet / Intranet by standard TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) / IP (Internet Protocol) in the mode of Ad Hoc network so that the technical problem of accessing the sensor to the network when on-site wiring condition is not available.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sensor module, in particular to a sensor wireless network interface module. Background technique [0002] Modern industrial production needs to connect sensors to the Internet / Intranet (enterprise intranet) to realize remote distributed control. However, traditional sensors do not have the ability to access the network, and the design life of sensors is relatively long, so simple upgrades will inevitably cause a huge waste of resources. [0003] Modern sensors already have a network interface, and the sensor is connected to the network mainly through the field bus. The main defect of this method is that: at present, there are many kinds of fieldbus coexisting in the market, which makes the interface protocol standards based on the fieldbus different and difficult to unify. Moreover, most of the existing factories and enterprises have built Intranets. Intranets and the Internet have the same technical principles and are base...
