The three-dimensional 4f-5d coordination polymer Ln(H2O)4(pyrazine)0.5W(CN)8 is prepared by using a mixing method which takes a neutral two-dimensional layered coordination polymer as a building block and taking pyrazine as a columnar ligand and puts the neutral two-dimensional layered coordination polymer and the pyrazine into acetonitrile, wherein Ln is any one of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd and Tb.
