Abstract

The invention discloses a production process and a device of a polylactic acid PLA thermoformed product, the device comprises a preheating block, a heating furnace and a mold, wherein a sheet feeding chain is arranged in the heating furnace, the preheating block which is matched with the sheet feeding chain is arranged at the front end of a feed inlet of the heating furnace, and the preheating block is connected with a cylinder for moving the preheating block. The production process comprises the following steps: 1) firstly placing the preheating block on a polylactic acid PLA sheet for preheating, wherein the temperature of the preheating block is 50 DEG C-80 DEG C;2)feeding the PLA sheet after preheating to the heating furnace for heating through the sheet feeding chain, wherein the furnace temperature is 170 DEG C-270 DEG C; 3)feeding the PLA sheet after heating into the mold for thermoforming; 4)obtaining the required polylactic acid PLA thermoformed product. The production process and the device have the benefits that chain teeth of the sheet feeding chain in the heating furnace can not break when being embedded in the polylactic acid PLA sheet by increasing the preheating block, thereby realizing the smooth sheet feeding process; and the polylactic acid PLA thermoformed product can be processed according to the needs by setting the temperature of the preheating block andthe temperature of the heating furnace.
