Abstract

The invention relates to a high-decoration alcohol acid-organosilicon crylic acid composite waterborne resin, which comprises the following raw materials: the alcohol acid, a monomer mixture, an assistant emulsifying agent, an emulsifying agent, an initiator and deionized water. In the total mass of the solid components of the composite waterborne resin, the mass fraction of the alcohol acid is 10 to 30 percent and the mass fraction of the monomer mixture is 70 to 90 percent; in the total mass of the monomer mixture, the mass fraction of a soft alkyl acrylate monomer is 20 to 80 percent, the mass fraction of a hard alkyl acrylate monomer is 20 to 70 percent, the mass fraction of a functional monomer is 5 to 10 percent and the mass fraction of an ethyl organosilicon monomer is 1 to 10 percent; the mass percentage of the using amount of the assistant emulsifying agent, the emulsifying agent and the initiator to the total mass of the monomer mixture is 0.2 to 1 percent, 1 to 3 percent and 1 to 3 percent respectively; and the alcohol acid and all the monomers are emulsified in the deionized water simultaneously under the action of the assistant emulsifying agent and the emulsifying agent to form miniemulsion with droplet diameter of between 50 and 80nm. The resin has the advantages of the alcohol acid and the crylic acid simultaneously.
