Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of marine antifouling paint, in particular to ECONEA-based zinc acrylate antifouling resin, water-based environment-friendly antifouling paint and preparation methods thereof. According to a technical scheme in the invention, zinc oxide, (meth)acrylic acid, monobasic carboxylic acid, (meth)acryloyl chloride, ECONEA, (meth)acrylate, a hydroxyl acrylate monomer, dimethylaminoethyl acrylate and a water-soluble azo initiator are subjected to a three-step reaction to synthesize the water-based environment-friendly ECONEA-based zinc acrylate antifouling resin. The antifouling paint prepared from the water-based environment-friendly ECONEA-based zinc acrylate resin is stable in storage, and an antifouling period can reach 18 months.
