In addition, the wastewater treating device comprises an artificial pond. The bottom of the artificial pond is provided with a bearing layer. An active carbon filter layer for filtering and purifying water is arranged above the bearing layer. A bacteria layer for eliminating and decomposing various pollutants in the wastewater is arranged above the active carbon filter layer.
