Abstract

The invention relates to a combination drug for treating cervical cancer, which is a preparation processed by mixing 85 to 95 percent of sodium valproate and 5 to 15 percent of all-trans retinoic acid, comprising an oral preparation, or external preparation, or vaginal suppository allowed by pharmacy. External cyto-inhibition experiment shows that the inhibition ratio of the combination drug is 56 percent which is higher than that of a cis-platinum group of 41 percent, an ATRA group of 30 percent and a VPA group of 1 percent. Animal experiments show that the effect of the combination drug for inhibiting tumor growth is obviously superior than the effect of monotherapy the VPA and the oral cis-platinum.
