Abstract

On a printing surface (53) of the pallet (50), a side surface (2C) or a side surface (2D) of the filter element (1) is arranged. With respect to the side surface arranged on the printing surface (53) of the pallet (50), a side surface electrode pattern having a shape point symmetric within the side surface is formed. Then, the filter element (1) is vertically inverted, and a side surface electrode pattern having the same shape as that of the side surface electrode pattern is formed on a side surface facing the side surface to which the printing is performed. Therefore, the invention may simplify process and reduce costs.
