Abstract

The invention relates to a method of radiation induction of a paspalum vaginatum somatic cell by <60>Co gamma ray, belonging to the technical field of a plant cultivation method. The method uses granular embryonic callus of the paspalum vaginatum as a material and <60>Co gamma ray as a radiation source with dosage rate of 1Gy / min and radiation dosage of 60Gy, wherein the granular embryonic callus is subjected to enrichment culture on a callus successive transfer culture medium attached by 2.0mg / L of 2,4-dichlorphenoxyacetic acid and 0.05mg / L of 6-benzylaminopurine to be used as a radiation treatment material; the callus subjected to radiation treatment is transferred to a callus differential medium attached by 2.0mg / L of 6-benzylaminopurine with bud differentiation rate at about 76 percent; and the bud is transferred to a rooting medium attached by 0.5mg / L of naphthylacetic acid with seedling rate of the bud of 42 percent.
