A method for extracting and purifying a flavonoid glycoside monomer from a sensitive plant belongs to the technical field of Chinese traditional medicine. The technical scheme is as following: taking the sensitive plant as a raw material; performing ultrasonic extraction and concentration, and then performing alcohol precipitation to remove impurities and reconcentration; separating and enrichingby macroporous resin column chromatography, and then separating by combing a gel resin column chromatography technology and a silica gel column chromatography technology to obtain three monomeric compounds including vitexin, orientin and isoorientin, wherein, the three monomeric compounds have the extraction yield of 1.12%, 2.62% and 2.21% respectively, and the purity of the three is above 95%.
