Abstract

The invention relates to a plasma biological deodorization process and a system for gas discharged from a steel drum spray coating product line. The process comprises: firstly, contacting to-be-treated exhaust gas with cooling fluid in a cooling tower to carry out cooling down and water washing of the exhaust gas through gas-fluid cross contact; then, injecting the exhaust gas into a plasma deodorization device to break the molecular chain of organic substances in the exhaust gas, and turning toxic and harmful substances in the exhaust gas into nontoxic and harmless substances through oxidation-reduction reaction; carrying out centrifugal treatment of the exhaust gas through a centrifugal fan to form high-speed high-concentration exhaust gas; adopting liquid-phase exhaust gas absorption medium to absorb pollutants in the exhaust gas inside a chemical washing tower; and finally, in a combined biological deodorization tower, degrading the degradable components in the exhaust gas into water and carbon dioxide by means of a biological degradation process, and absorbing undegraded components in the exhaust gas by means of porous solid matter. The plasma biological deodorization processand the system can carry out effective treatment on exhaust gas containing complex components through combined treatments including chemical washing, biological degradation and physical adsorption, so as to meet the emission requirements of national standards.
