Abstract

The invention relates to a power saving control system for a computer, which comprises an image sensing device for sensing and acquiring image information from a user, an image acquisition unit for acquiring an image obtained by the image sensing device, an identification unit for identifying the image acquired by the image acquisition unit and judging whether the image has facial characteristics of human body to obtain identification information, and a control unit for setting corresponding mode for the computer according to the identification information and sending out a control command. The power saving control system for the computer is convenient for a computer operator to use the computer at the same time of saving energy.
