Embodiment Construction

[0015] A K-shaped linear ultrasonic motor based on the principle of continuous horn such as figure 1 shown. Its characteristics are: the stator is composed of two Langevin oscillators whose centerlines are perpendicular to each other to form a K-shape, including a rear end 11, a front end 41, a clamping piece 21, a piezoelectric ceramic sheet 31, an electrode sheet 51, and a bolt 61. There are 8 piezoelectric ceramic sheets in total, which are divided into four groups. Every two piezoelectric ceramic sheets form a group, and an electrode sheet is sandwiched between the two piezoelectric ceramic sheets in each group. Each group of piezoelectric ceramic sheets is respectively arranged on both sides of the clamping member. The front end cover is punched with threaded holes, and the bolts are screwed into the threaded holes, so as to connect the parts of the stator as a whole. The cross-section of the front end cover is tapered from the back to the front, and forms the ultrasoni...

Abstract

The invention discloses a K-shaped linear ultrasonic motor based on the theory of a continuous amplitude transformer, belonging to the field of ultrasonic motor. The motor comprises a stator and a rotor; wherein, the rotor is a linear guide way; the stator consists of two Langevin oscillators, center lines of which are crossed; each Langevin oscillator consists of a front end (41), a rear end (61), a piezoelectric ceramic chip (31) and corresponding electrode plates (51); the head parts of the two Langevin oscillators are connected into a whole to form a driving leg (42); the linear guide way and the two Langevin oscillators are arranged in the same plane and form a K-shaped structure. The invention is characterized in that the Langevin oscillators are in the rod structure; the section of the rod is a continuous section that is gradually reduced from the rear end (61) to the front end (41). The linear ultrasonic motor of the invention has the advantages of simple structure, high output power, fast operating speed and high output efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The K-shaped linear ultrasonic motor based on the principle of a continuous horn of the present invention belongs to the field of ultrasonic motors. Background technique [0002] The ultrasonic motor is a new type of power output device that utilizes the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics and structural ultrasonic vibration. Linear ultrasonic motors belong to a category of ultrasonic motors. According to the structure of the stator of the linear ultrasonic motor is a plate and a rod (or a combined structure of rods), the linear ultrasonic motor is divided into a plate structure and a rod structure. Although the plate structure linear ultrasonic motor has simple structure and flexible design, it has low efficiency, low speed and small output force. For industrial robots, aerospace and other application fields, linear ultrasonic motors with large output force and high efficiency are required. The Chinese Utility Model Patent No. 20...
