Problems solved by technology

[0005] Aiming at the possible environmental risks caused by the direct discharge of organic chlorine pollutants in the tail water of the chemical industry, the present invention provides an immobilized microorganism-constructed wetland process technology for treating the tail water of the chemical industry. Using this process, the organic chlorine pollutants in the tail water of the chemical industry can be effectively reduced. The discharge of chlorine pollutants, the characteristic pollutants such as organic chlorides in the treated sewage can be discharged up to the standard and realize the resource utilization of waste water

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The following detailed description is only to illustrate the general principles of the present invention, and is not limiting. Reasonable adjustments and modifications may be made due to different properties and treatment requirements of tail water during actual application.

[0018] All kinds of wastewater produced by enterprises in the chemical park are pretreated in the factory and reach the takeover standard of the centralized sewage treatment plant, that is, the concentration of COD reaches below 500mg / L, and the concentration of NH 3 -The concentration of N is below 50mg / L, the concentration of TP is below 3mg / L, and the concentration of organic chlorine pollutants is below 50mg / L. The comprehensive wastewater entering the sewage treatment plant in the chemical concentration area is treated by coagulation sedimentation-ABR bioreactor-aerobic biological fluidized bed-sedimentation separation process, the COD concentration is below 150mg / L, and the NH 3 -N concentra...

Abstract

The invention discloses a process for treating chemical industrial tail water by an immobilized microbe-artificial wetland, that is, the tail water of the integral waste water which is from a chemical industrial park and is treated by an active sludge method enters the process device so as to reach the aim of further removing COD, N, P and various organochlorine pollutants in the tail water. Advantageous bacteria species which are fixed in a microcapsule by an immobilized microbe technology are used for degrading organochlorine pollutants in the chemical industrial tail water, thereby improving the treatment effects of the artificial wetland on the organochlorine pollutants, reinforcing the impact load capability of an artificial wetland system for resisting the organochlorine pollutants, and reducing the impact of the organochlorine pollutants on the artificial wetland micro-ecological environmental system. The process has the advantages that the process makes use of the combined actions of the immobilization and an artificial wetland technology, and strengthens the sewage treatment effects, and the treated waste water not only can discharge after reaching standards, but also can reduce the pollution of the organochlorine pollutants on the environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of environmental protection, in particular to an artificial wetland treatment process for chemical industry tail water. Background technique [0002] Chemical tail water refers to the waste water produced in the production process of enterprises in chemical industry concentration areas or individual chemical enterprises, which has reached the standard or basically meets the standard and is ready to be discharged to the external environment after centralized treatment by physical, chemical and biochemical processes in sewage treatment facilities. Due to technical and economical reasons, trace organochlorine pollutants in chemical wastewater have not been effectively removed. After these substances are discharged into the environment, they will cause great harm to the environment because they will accumulate in organisms. As the country's requirements for the control of pollutant discharge are getting higher and higher,...
