The non-hard-tissue engineering materials can also be made of the single material of calcium metaphosphate, but can also be formed by the compounding of calcium metaphosphate and polymer materials, and the polymer materials comprise one or more of polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid, poly hydroxybutyric acid, polycaprolactone, polyurethane, polyanhydride, collagen, chitosan, gelatin, hyaluronic acid and fibrin protein gel. The calcium metaphosphate provides cell affinity and the polymer materials provide mechanical property. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that in the CMP / polymer composite materials, the polymer materials provide a stable mechanical environment and are easy to shape; and the CMP promotes cell adhesion and affinity.
