Abstract

The invention relates to a multi-base high-sensitivity optical fiber grating temperature sensor. A lower base is disposed in a sleeve, a middle base is disposed on the upper surface of the lower base, an upper base is disposed on the upper surface of the middle base, an optical fiber grating is disposed on the upper surface of the upper base, an end cover is disposed at the end portion of the sleeve, and an optical fiber with end portion passing through the end cover and extruding out of the sleeve is connected with the optical fiber grating. The experiments in laboratory and on production field show that: compared with the bare fiber, in the inventive optical fiber grating temperature sensor, the temperature measurement range is -20-100 DEG C, the degree of linearity is 0.999, the temperature response sensitivity is 0.11 nm / DEG C, the temperature response time is less than 1s, and the temperature response sensitivity is 11 times of that of the bare fiber, which can meet the requirements of oil and gas pipelines, including high electromagnetic interference resistance ability, high temperature sensitivity and rapid response time. The invention has the advantages of small volume, simple structure, wide detection range and high sensitivity; and can be installed on the pipelines to realize multi-sensor multi-site real-time permanent measurement, and can be widely used in oil and gas pipelines.

Description

Multi-substrate high-sensitivity fiber grating temperature sensor technical field The invention belongs to the technical field of sensors, and in particular relates to an optical fiber grating temperature sensor packaged with multiple base materials for high-sensitivity detection of temperature. Background technique Fiber Bragg grating sensor is the central wavelength shift of the fiber grating reflection spectrum or transmission spectrum caused by the measured physical quantity. The measurement of the physical quantity can be realized by detecting the wavelength shift. It is a wavelength modulation sensor and can be used as an intelligent structure sensor. Fiber Bragg grating sensors have many advantages such as strong anti-electromagnetic interference, high sensitivity, small size, light weight, corrosion resistance, wide measurement range, easy integration, simple structure, easy reuse into a network, and easy use in intelligent structures. Inside the measured object an...
