The invention discloses a preparing method of zirconium-aluminium-titanium poly-metallic complex powder, which comprises the following steps: allocating 5-30 wt zirconium sulfate, 40-70 wt aluminum sulfate and 6-40 wt titanic sulfate; dissolving to diverse density solution with density at 0.2-0.5mol / L sulfuric acid water solution separately; mixing; adding into 0.8-30 wt masking agent and 10-50 wt additive; ripening; spray-drying; getting the product. This product can be used to pig, cattle and sheep leather business and preparation of protein biological medical material, which opens a new approach for modify of protein.
