As the graphene flakes flow with electrolyte solution to the rotary filter belt and attach onto a surface of the rotary filter belt, deionized water is sprayed inside out to wash the graphene flakes attached onto the surface of the rotary filter belt to a grading collection unit, and a filter structure is provided for sieving and collecting the graphene flakes.
