Abstract

A game system includes a plurality of gaming machines and a server. Each of the gaming machines executes a game independently. When the server receives bet information, the server carries out a lottery for winning a progressive prize as to the gaming machine which transmitted the bet information. If any of the gaming machines wins any progressive prize, the server makes the gaming machine that has won the progressive prize to execute an effect for announcing winning of the prize.
