Abstract

The device consists of the connecting electrically parts of a super capacitor module (SCM), the voltage balance controller, several inductance voltage eveners (IVE) and the fly-over capacitor voltage evener (FCVE). SCM consists of several serial energy storage units (ES). Each ES consists of several serial super capacitors (SC). IVE is used to even the voltage between the adjacent ESs. FCVE is used to even the voltage in each ES. Under the function of FCVE and IVE, all SC in SCU reaches an even voltage. The invention possesses a high working efficiency. It can effectively improve the uneven voltages between SCs. The voltage difference between all SC will not exceed a certain defined range. The invention avoids overcharging and over discharging so as to extend the capacitor life. The invention raises the energy use ratio and the reliability of the energy storage system.
