NodeB device includes following parts: TRX port in use for receiving the said up going data, and sends wireless signal frame; decoder module in use for decoding the up going data to form protocol packet of up going data channel; IUB interface board in use for receiving the protocol packet of up going data channel, and using a loop back wire to loop back protocol packets of down going data channel; encoder in use for encoding protocol packets of down going data channel to a wireless signal frame, which is sent from transmitting TRX port. The user terminal is in use for receiving frames sent from transmitting TRX port, and detecting the signal. Features are: simple test environment, simple operation. The invention is applicable to validate capacity, specification of NodeB and test activity for NodeB.
