The device comprises an elongated flexible inflatable bladder portion 10 . The bladder portion 10 is substantially emptied of fluid prior to implanting the device in a patient. Bladder portion 10 can be made from a variety of materials known to those skilled in the art, including silicone and polyurethane. In addition, these tapes can be coated with materials to improve diffusion resistance. These coatings include titanium powder and are described in PCT patent application WO2004 / 010910A1, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
