Abstract

The invention discloses a support-less artificial bio-prosthetic valve, which comprises an inner lining tube, three pieces of valve leaves and an outer lining tube, the inner lining tube wall is provided with three narrow slit with a shape of approximately semi-circular arc on the circumferential circle, the lower margins of the three valve leaves are arranged between the inner lining tube and the outer lined backing sheet along the three narrow slits, the closing threads sews the inner lining tube, the peripheral portions of the three valve leaves and the outer lined backing sheet along the margin of the inner lining narrow slit, the inner lining tube and the outer lined backing tube extend to the two ends, thus forming the upper and lower tunnels for the support-less valve. The invention solves the problem in the prior art that the valve leaves are fixed only by closing threads, higher security for the valve leaves are achieved, early calcification of the valve leaves and the inner lining tube can be prevented effectively, the long-term follow-up results for the patients can be improved substantially.
