Abstract

This invention discloses a measuring device and its method of water, sand and air in air drilling well. The device includes gas and liquor and solid separator connected on pipeline of water, sand and air drainage, inverse U type tube, the first differential pressure transducer is set on ascend part of the inverse U type tube, and the second differential pressure transducer is set on descend part. The inverse U type tube is connected to outlet of drainage through Venturi tube and mixer set on pipeline. One way valve, Venturi tube sprayer, Venturi tube, the first differential pressure transducer and the second differential pressure transducer are in turn set on the separator, and they also connected to computer. The Venturi tube sprayer is used to test gas flow, and gas density is revised by manometer. Pressure difference of both sides of the inverse U type is tested by the Venturi tube and then phase ratio of water and sand is got. Computer solves according to multiple items fluid flow to get the volume or weight flow of water and sand.
