Abstract

The invention provides a remote fault monitoring system for an electrically operated valve. The remote fault monitoring system comprises an MCU, a hydrogen sulfide sensor, a hydrogen sensor, a tension and compression sensor and an executing mechanism. Wherein the tension and compression sensor is connected with the A / D conversion interface of the MCU through the signal amplifier, the hydrogen sulfide sensor and the hydrogen sensor are respectively connected with the A / D conversion interface of the MCU through respective signal transmitters, and the D / A conversion interface of the MCU is connected with the opening control port of the actuating mechanism through the voltage-to-current transmitter. An opening in-place signal and a closing in-place signal of the actuating mechanism are connected with a GPIO (General Purpose Input / Output) input interface of the MCU; and a GPIO output interface of the MCU is respectively connected with a control opening port and a control closing port of the actuating mechanism through an actuating mechanism relay. According to the system, monitoring environments of different execution mechanisms and different gases can be realized, and rapid expansion and reuse can be realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The application relates to the technical field of electric valve control in the chemical industry, and in particular to a remote fault monitoring system for electric valves. Background technique [0002] In the chemical industry, volatile, flammable, explosive, and toxic gas and liquids are mostly transported through pipelines, and valve control is inevitable. The traditional on-site control method of valves is difficult to detect valve leakage in time. As a key component in the pipeline system, the improvement of its intelligence level is a hot research issue in the chemical industry. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0003] In view of this, the purpose of this application is to propose a remote fault monitoring system for an electric valve, which can specifically solve the existing problems. This application is based on the general-purpose embedded computer (GEC) architecture, and uses the Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) as the communication mean...
