Embodiment

[0064] figure 2 Shown is a schematic diagram of a non-uniform array design according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the multipath angle of arrival estimation method based on high-order statistics and non-uniform arrays of the present invention is applied to the antenna array and large-scale multiple-input multiple-output wireless multipath channels. , to improve the accuracy of multipath angle of arrival estimation. In this embodiment, the six-array element NULA is taken as an example to verify the high-precision array direction finding capability of the high-order cumulant combined with the non-uniform array. The adopted 6-element NULA structure is d=[0 2d 8d 13d 17d20d] T , where d=λ / 2, that is, the unit of the gap of the antenna array element is set to the half wavelength of the incoming signal. Specifically include the following steps:

Abstract

The invention discloses an underdetermined multipath arrival angle estimation method based on high-order statistics and a non-uniform array. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring channel data; calculating the spatial high-order cumulant of the channel data, and organizing the spatial high-order cumulant into a covariance matrix; constructing a corresponding virtual array manifold according to the organization mode of the covariance matrix; performing singular value decomposition or characteristic decomposition on the covariance matrix to obtain a signal subspace and a noise subspace; and based on orthogonality of the signal subspace and the noise subspace, combining a virtual array manifold to define a spatial spectrum, and searching a spectrum peak to obtain an estimated value of the multipath angle of arrival. The non-uniform array structure can be obtained by solving a mixed integer programming problem. On one hand, arrival angle estimation under an underdetermined condition can be realized, and on the other hand, arrival angle estimation which is more accurate and higher in precision compared with a conventional estimation method based on a uniform linear array can be obtained. The method has the advantages of being large in estimation freedom degree, high in estimation precision, small in calculation complexity and large in noise robustness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of large-scale multiple-input multiple-output array signal processing, and more particularly relates to an underdetermined multipath angle of arrival estimation method based on high-order statistics and non-uniform arrays. Background technique [0002] With the advent of the 5G era, intelligent applications are becoming more and more extensive, and there are more and more fields that require automatic direction positioning. Therefore, the estimation of the incoming wave direction has received great attention. Whether the estimation of the incoming wave direction is accurate or not directly affects the performance of the upper-layer application. At the same time, the space signal propagation environment is becoming more and more complex, and the number of incoming wave directions is often larger than the number of array elements of the antenna array. How to achieve incoming wave estimation in underdetermined ...
