Abstract

The invention provides a light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The light-emitting diode display device comprises a circuit substrate, a dielectric layer, a light-emitting diode and a reflecting layer. The circuit substrate is provided with a first connecting pad. The dielectric layer is located on the circuit substrate. The dielectric layer is provided with a first through hole overlapped with the first connecting pad; the first surface of the dielectric layer has a plurality of microstructures. The microstructures comprise a plurality of convex microstructures or a plurality of concave microstructures. The light emitting diode is overlapped with the first through hole and is electrically connected with the first connecting pad. The reflective layer is located on the first surface of the dielectric layer and overlaps the microstructure.
