Abstract

The invention discloses a forming method for pultrusion machining of hemispherical parts. The forming method comprises the steps that a mold is assembled; pre-coating a high-temperature lubricant on the surface of the blank; performing heat treatment on the blank; the surface of the stress contact part of the mold is coated with a lubricant and a thermal insulation coating; and carrying out pultrusion on the blank. A stretching and extruding mixed forming mode is adopted, and in the pultrusion process, plate materials are not limited by edge pressing; the pultrusion process is carried out in a hot state, so that the deformation resistance is reduced, and the processing and forming efficiency is improved; after stretching and forming, the machining allowance is less, so that the consumption of raw materials is greatly reduced; the die and the workpiece are coated with a high-temperature lubricant and a heat preservation coating respectively so as to protect part forming, prolong the service life of the die and facilitate semi-spherical blank material returning; the deformation resistance generated during hemisphere forming can be effectively reduced, and the risk of forming cracking of the precipitation hardening stainless steel sheet is reduced.
