Abstract

The invention provides an image-based non-invasive evaluation method for embryo quality in a human blastocyst freezing and thawing stage, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a single static image of a thawed blastocyst and a corresponding pregnancy result, and inputting the single static image and the corresponding pregnancy result into a neural network for training to generate an evaluation model; and obtaining a single static image of a to-be-evaluated thawed blastocyst, inputting the single static image into the evaluation model, and obtaining an embryo evaluation result. The invention further relates to an image-based non-invasive evaluation system for the embryo quality in the human freeze-thaw blastocyst stage and a computer readable storage medium.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an image-based non-invasive evaluation method, evaluation system and computer-readable storage medium for the quality of human frozen-thawed blastocyst stage embryos. Background technique [0002] With global fertility rates generally declining, many couples and individuals are turning to assisted reproductive procedures to aid conception. Unfortunately, IVF has a very low success rate of only 20-30%, which places enormous emotional and financial stress on those trying to conceive. During IVF, one of the key determinants of successful pregnancy is embryo quality, and the embryo selection process is critical to ensure the shortest possible pregnancy time for the patient. During in vitro fertilization, there is an urgent desire to improve the way embryos are selected for transfer into the uterus. Currently, embryo selection is a manual process that involves the evaluation of embryos by a trained clinical embryologist for morpho...
