Abstract

The novel graphene concrete comprises a graphene mixed solution, cement and aggregate, wherein the graphene mixed solution is a cation modified graphene mixed solution; wherein the aggregate is composed of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate. The preparation method of the concrete comprises the following steps: 1) mixing graphene oxide with water, and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain dispersion liquid; mixing graphene oxide with organic amine, and carrying out water bath reaction to obtain aminated graphene; mixing the aminated graphene with a cationic polymer, and reacting to obtain a cationic modified graphene premixed solution; adding allylamine and acrylic ester into the cation modified graphene premixed liquid to obtain cation modified graphene mixed liquid; and 2) fully mixing the cement, the water and the cation modified graphene mixed solution, adding the fine aggregate, fully stirring, adding the coarse aggregate, and fully mixing to obtain the concrete.
