Abstract

The invention provides an extraction method of whitening and freckle-removing purple perilla essential oil and extract. The extraction method comprises the following steps: crushing purple perilla; performing multi-gradient low-temperature low-pressure Soxhlet extraction treatment; performing filtration treatment; distilling to remove the solvent; fractionation treatment is carried out, the low-boiling-point fraction is essential oil, and the high-boiling-point fraction is extract. Compared with the prior art, the extraction method of the perilla essential oil and the extract provided by the invention adopts ethanol and water as solvents in the whole process, and is green, environment-friendly and pollution-free; in addition, the polarity of effective components of purple perilla is relatively high, so that the extraction efficiency can be effectively improved and the extraction time can be saved by compounding ethanol and water; the Soxhlet extractor principle is adopted, the extraction liquid flows back to the solvent kettle through the siphonic effect, the solvent can be repeatedly utilized, and finally the complete extraction effect can be achieved only through a small amount of solvent; finally, reduced-pressure low-boiling-point distillation is adopted, so that the temperature is reduced, the activity of economic components of purple perilla is reserved to the maximum extent, and the retention rate of the economic components is high.
