The invention discloses an integrated radiator for a fuel cell vehicle and a control method thereof, and the integrated radiator comprises a cooling system which is provided with a cooling master controller, a plurality of cooling modules and a plurality of cooling flow paths, the number of the cooling modules and the number of the cooling devices in the cooling modules can be flexibly configured according to actual loops in the fuel cell vehicle; the vehicle control unit is connected with the cooling master controller and sends the target temperature of the cooling medium in each cooling flow path; the plurality of temperature sensors are used for collecting the actual temperature of the cooling medium in each cooling flow path; and the cooling master controller is used for comparing the actual temperature of the cooling medium with the corresponding target temperature, calculating the control quantity for controlling each cooling module based on a specific algorithm, and enabling each cooling module to dissipate heat according to the received control quantity.
