Abstract

The open hole well plugging pipe column comprises a conveying pipe column, a separating device, a hanging supporting device, a plugging device, a check valve and an open hole shaft, wherein the conveying pipe column, the separating device, the hanging supporting device, the plugging device and the check valve are sequentially connected and then are put into the open hole shaft. Meanwhile, the invention provides a plugging method of the open hole well plugging pipe column, firstly, conventional well flushing is conducted, and drilling fluid is pumped in from the conveying pipe column; then, a ball is thrown for pressing, and 7-9 MPa of pressure is applied into the conveying pipe column to anchor the suspension supporting device; pressing is carried out for 12-14 MPa into the conveying pipe column to enable the plugging device to seal the open hole shaft; and the pressure is applied to the inside of the conveying pipe column by 18-19 MPa so that the conveying pipe column is separated into two bodies by the separation device. The open hole well plugging pipe column is advantaged in that the technology is simple, convenient and fast, construction risks, shaft complexity and oil layer damage caused by impending of the cement plug are fundamentally avoided, and operations such as layer sealing and isolation can be safely and efficiently carried out in the open hole shaft where the lower invalid well section or the leakage layer needs to be plugged.
