Abstract

The invention discloses an acquisition method and device for periodic high-speed image signals, and relates to high-speed image acquisition. The method comprises the following steps: 1) placing a to-be-tested sample on a temperature control device, adjusting the temperature control device to keep the temperature constant, and adjusting the imaging device to enable optical signals emitted by the to-be-tested sample to be completely and clearly imaged on the camera; 2) carrying out dark current calibration on the to-be-detected sample, not adding drive to the to-be-detected sample, and collecting a dark current signal; 3) enabling the high-speed signal generator to output a periodic pulse signal to drive the sample to be tested, synchronously triggering the camera, and setting proper exposure time of the camera according to the signal intensity to collect an image signal; 4) changing the pulse width of the periodic pulse signal, and repeating the step 3); 5) processing the image data acquired under the series of different pulse widths, solving the image data in a single period, and taking the image data under the series of different pulse widths as image data sets under different time scales. High-speed image signals can be acquired by using a common camera, and the signal-to-noise ratio is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The technology relates to the field of high-speed image collection, in particular to a method and device for collecting weak periodic high-speed images. Background technique [0002] High-speed imaging has many applications in capturing ultrafast transient phenomena, such as the detection and tracking of cells that require high sensitivity and high precision in the biological field. Traditional high-speed imaging systems are bulky in design, costly, and complex to operate, making them nearly impossible to use in resource-constrained environments. Therefore, the development of a portable, low-cost, and low-maintenance high-speed imaging system is necessary. [0003] The emergence of streak camera and framing camera is a great progress in high-speed imaging research, but they all have their own shortcomings. The temporal resolution of streak cameras is very high, often reaching the level of picoseconds. But this is at the expense of spatial resolution...
