Embodiment Construction

[0027] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the present invention.

[0028] A non-invasive intervention and evaluation method for exercise fatigue of the present invention is realized through the following technical solutions, and the method is carried out according to the following steps:

[0029] Step 1: Combined intervention method of laser acupuncture combined with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation

[0030] through as figure 1 The composite interventional probe shown can achieve laser and current simultaneous stimulation. The composite intervention probe 1 is composed of a laser probe and an electrode sheet. The laser is emitted by the laser transmitter 2 and transmitted to the laser probe through an optical fiber, and the current is t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a non-invasive exercise fatigue intervention and evaluation method. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, a laser acupuncture and moxibustion combined percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation composite intervention method is adopted, and laser and current synchronous stimulation is realized by using a composite intervention probe; and step 2, an an exercise fatigue and intervention effect assessment method is adopted by means of firstly, establishing an upper limb fatigue model for exercise fatigue assessment, then establishing an exercise fatigue fusion assessment model by using indexes such as a visual simulation score table, oxygenation/deoxygenated hemoglobin concentration, surface electromyogram signals, maximum equal-length contraction tension and the like, and then adopting the fusion evaluation model for verifying the intervention effect of laser acupuncture and moxibustion combined percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation composite intervention on exercise fatigue through a control experiment. The invention provides a new clinical thought for preventing and treating exercise fatigue, and has important significance in improving the athletic performance of athletes, reducing the risk of exercise injury and diseases and encouraging people to exercise so as to promote physical and psychological health.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of exercise fatigue, and more specifically relates to a non-invasive intervention and evaluation method for exercise fatigue. Background technique [0002] Exercise fatigue is defined as the inability of the body's physiological process to maintain its function at a certain level or the inability of various organs to maintain a predetermined exercise intensity, resulting in symptoms such as muscle soreness and unfavorable activities. People try to explore the essence of fatigue from different angles, and put forward a variety of hypotheses, including exhaustion theory, blockage theory, internal environment stability disorder theory, protective inhibition theory, free radical damage theory and so on. When exercise fatigue occurs, the heart load of the athlete will continue to increase, the muscles will become sore and the flexibility will decrease, and the thinking ability necessary for competitive sports such as judgm...
