Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of sorting waste building mortar from building mortar garbage, removing impurities, and crushing to obtain small-particle mortar, heating at 400-650 DEG C, rapidly cooling to 100 DEG C or below, carrying out ball milling, and screening under the action of wind power to obtain cement paste and regenerated sand, grinding the cement paste to obtain regenerated cement with the size of less than 150 microns, according to the mixing ratio, preparing to obtain the regenerated building mortar by adopting the regenerated sand and the regenerated cement and adding an additive and water, and recycling the regenerated building mortar after the service is ended. The regenerated building mortar produced by the invention is obtained by completely adopting high-quality regenerated cement and regenerated sand obtained in a cyclic utilization process and adding an additive and water, so that the waste building mortar is completely recycled, and the building mortar garbage is directly converted into the regenerated building mortar of which the performance is equivalent to that of the original mortar with the same proportion; the method has the advantages of energy conservation and emission reduction.
