[0023] In order to study the clinical correlation between SAP130 and IPF, the SAP130 levels of 83 IPF patients and 38 healthy controls were detected and compared by ELISA method. Human serum samples and lung tissue sections of IPF patients and controls were obtained from Ruijin Hospital. All experiments were approved by the hospital ethics committee. The enrollment period is from January 2017 to December 2019. The lung tissue wax blocks used for immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence were surgically removed original lung organs from IPF patients who received lung transplantation. The lung tissue of the control group came from a patient who underwent surgery for pulmonary nodules in a hospital, and the postoperative pathological diagnosis was benign nodules.
