Abstract

The invention relates to a high-color-fastness dyeing and finishing process for a regenerated polyester fabric, and belongs to the technical field of fabric dyeing and finishing. The process comprises the following steps of pretreating the fabric: burning off fine fluffs on the surface of the regenerated polyester fabric, and neatening the whole regenerated polyester fabric to prepare a primary polyester fabric; then performing bleaching and disinfecting: bleaching and disinfecting the primary polyester fabric prepared in the step 1, washing the primary polyester fabric with water, and drying the primary polyester fabric to obtain a secondary polyester fabric; then performing primary coloring; then performing sterilizing and deodorizing: soaking the primarily colored secondary polyester fabric in a sterilizing jar filled with sterilizing agent microcapsules for 20 minutes, adding a proper amount of natural plant perfume, finally taking out the secondary polyester fabric, washing the secondary polyester fabric with water, and drying the secondary polyester fabric; then performing secondary coloring: enabling the secondary polyester fabric to be subjected to microcapsule impact through a high-pressure dye carrier, and performing secondary coloring; and finally performing drying and setting.
