Abstract

The invention relates to a composite rock mass conventional direct shear test sample manufacturing combined die device and a manufacturing method, the device comprises a shear box, a JRC steel template, a base template, a flat pressing plate, a counter-force frame and a pouring template, the square JRC steel template and the shear box are arranged above the base template, the base template is connected with the reaction frame through two fixing bolts which are symmetrically arranged, a pressurizing valve and a fixing jackscrew are arranged on the reaction frame, and a flat pressing plate which is arranged in a cavity of the shear box is arranged below the fixing jackscrew to form a pressurizing device. According to the combined mold device, the manufacturing convenience degree of composite samples with different cementing surfaces is enriched, and damage to the samples and uncertainty of interface distribution requirements caused by traditional on-site drilling and cutting sampling are avoided. One-time forming for manufacturing of a composite test block is realized. Meanwhile, compared with on-site sampling, manpower loss and time waste of sample manufacturing are greatly reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
