Abstract

The invention discloses an information processing method, a back-end server and an information processing system. The method comprises the following steps: receiving calling information sent by front-end equipment; the calling information being used for querying user information from a back-end server; searching all feedback information corresponding to the calling information according to the calling information; generating a feedback message containing a plurality of feedback labels according to all the feedback information; all the feedback labels being in one-to-one correspondence with multiple pieces of feedback information; the feedback message being in an extensible markup language format; sending a feedback message to the front-end equipment; the plurality of feedback labels comprising a target feedback label; the target feedback label being used for being identified by the front-end equipment. According to the embodiment of the invention, when the server is in butt joint with the new front-end equipment, only one feedback label needs to be added in the feedback message sent by the server, the new front-end equipment can identify the new feedback label in the feedback message, and at the moment, the newly added feedback label does not influence the identification of other front-end equipment on the feedback message.
