Abstract

According to the technical scheme, a group of 10 kg purging water is added between an upstream coiling machine and a downstream coiling machine from a main collecting pipe through a hose; and the existing equipment is utilized, so that the modification cost is low, the structure is simple, and the realization is easy. The purging water is purged to the direction towards the downstream coiling machine; and through decomposition of force, the downward vertical force of 10 kg of purging water after decomposition is counteracted with the upward force of the end of strip steel, and the problem that the end of the strip steel is folded when the end of the strip steel is upwarped and coiled is solved.
