Abstract

The invention discloses a method for integrally starting and stopping an integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) power station. An air separation backup system outsourcing liquid nitrogen is used for large air density work and gasification furnace preheating temperature rise work, the air separation start time is postponed, and the air separation outsourcing power electricity cost is reduced. When a gas turbine has the proper synthesis gas condition, purified synthesis gas just has the delivery condition, gasification shutdown and unit splitting are well linked, the shutdown time is formulated according to the planned splitting time, coal feeding is controlled in advance, and pulverized coal is just burnt out during shutdown. After a gasification furnace is shut down, nitrogen replacement is carried out for three times and then air separation is stopped. The nitrogen of the air separation backup system is used for converting ash into residual pulverized coal. According to the method for integrally starting and stopping the IGCC power station provided by the invention, the overall start-stop time of the IGCC power station is shortened, and seamless connection is realized. Start-stop material consumption of a unit is reduced, and start-stop cost is reduced.
